I am an Associate Professor and Head of the Management Department at New Mexico State University. My current research interests focus on micro-level variables related to organizational behavior (e.g., occupational self-efficacy, leader-member exchange, organizational commitment, managerial influence, and deviant workplace behavior). In terms of teaching, I generally teach courses on organizational behavior and leadership. On occasion, I have taught strategic management.
